Overview
The Porsche Steering Lock Emulator is one of the most advanced ESL emulators currently available. It is a plug & play system requiring no adaptation.
The ESL module on Porsche vehicles is known to be prone to failure. Many users experience steering lock issues, but this universal emulator helps avoid costly replacements.
The ELV system corresponds to a mechanical failure of the steering column lock, which can appear without apparent cause.
In case of failure, even with a perfectly functional key, the vehicle will not start because the ELV lock does not activate.
Normally, this requires replacing the steering lock, followed by programming by the Porsche dealership, which incurs high costs and significant delays.
This electronic Porsche steering lock emulator corrects this error and permanently bypasses the faulty ELV system.
Note: Coding may be necessary depending on the vehicle. Once installed, it corrects Porsche ESL faults.
